Do I need a permit to place a tiny home on wheels?
If it's not used as an ADU, most cities don't require a permit to store an RV-certified tiny home on your property, but full-time living rules vary by city and county. We'll walk you through your local requirements.
What's the difference between a tiny home and a manufactured home?
Manufactured homes are built to a federal HUD code on a permanent chassis. Our tiny homes are built to California residential and seismic standards, and our ADUs are permitted, foundation-built structures: a different category entirely.
How long does the build take?
Timelines depend on model and finish selections. Your build specialist will give you a specific schedule with your estimate, and you'll get regular progress updates once your build begins.

Yes. We're based in California's Central Valley and deliver throughout the state, including the Bay Area, San Diego, Riverside, and Fresno.
